Deep dive into monetization mechanisms, early pilot feedback or prototype walkthrough, and scaling bottlenecks.

Discussion of specific incubation milestones, grant capital requirements ($25k–$100k), and mentor pairing.

How to Prepare
- Have your 10-slide pitch deck or live product demo ready to screen share.
